I hope to include information about places I visit On My Travels, mainly around the Greater Manchester area and sometimes beyond. My main interest is wildlife and we have many places literally on the doorstep that are full of wildlife as well as plants. Filming them is the hard part, I know of lots of places where wildlife can be found but are very secretive, and usually they show themselves unexpectadly and when I don't have a camera with me. You may be surprised to learn that we have nature reserves in Manchester, one very close to the city centre. Hopefully I will build a list of places that you will find interesting, and also if your lucky will experience wildlife as it was meant to be.
